The Transcend Trails on 22 August 2026 includes the iconic 65km Transcend Ultra through the entire Avon Valley in Western Australia.
As well as the ultramarathon distance, there is also a 40km trail marathon, a 28km and 12km run or hike, a 6km trail hike / fun run (with adaptive wheelchair option) and a kids' dash held on the same day.
The 65km distance starts at sunrise in the Walyunga National Park and finishes at Cobblers Pool, near Toodyay. The course travels through 4 parks and can be run solo or as a relay in teams of 2 - 5 people.
The 40km Trail Marathon course is undulating, featuring 1,612m of elevation and plenty of epic trails and views. There is also a 40km hike option which can be completed solo or in a relay team of 2 - 3.
The 28km course starts from Nissen Hut, Gidgegannup and is also scenic and undulating, with 988m of elevation. It can be entered as a run or hike.
