Vedic Meditation – Mantra Meditation & Marma Point Sound Healing
Event location
Description
Organiser: BIYOME by Celia Roberts
On Friday, November 14, 2025, join Celia Roberts (Ayurveda), Anita Cassidy Bowman (Nada Yoga), and Tumul Dubey (Sanskrit) for a transformative meditation retreat exploring sound as the vehicle of transcendence.
Through the practice of mantra, you’ll learn to facilitate the flow of prana through the body’s marma points—essential energy centres. Mantras act as a protective shield (kavacha in Sanskrit), and this retreat will teach you how to use them to heal and protect these vital areas.
You will be introduced to Mantra Purusha, a daily practice blending the ancient Sanskrit alphabet with the body’s sound vibrations to nourish and heal each marma point. This Ayurvedic approach supports physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, while fostering self-awareness, inner peace, and spiritual growth.
Guided by three experienced teachers deeply immersed in the Vedic science of sound and healing, you’ll experience the transformative power of mantra, marma therapy, and traditional Vedic chants.
Key Themes:
- Vedic meditation & mantra practice
- Marma point therapy for pranic flow
- Mantra asanas for the mind
- Ayurvedic healing through sound vibration
- Sanskrit chanting for spiritual growth
Suitable For:
