The Eastern Suburbs & Churches Table Tennis Association (ES&CTTA) and associated groups offer extensive social and competitive table tennis opportunities at Mahoneys Reserve, Forest Hill. These sessions cater to a diverse range of players, including juniors, retirees, and competitive athletes. Costs across the various groups vary and typically cover venue hire and mandatory liability insurance.


Weekly Playing Schedule

Sessions at Mahoneys Reserve run throughout the week:

  1. Monday: Evening sessions.
  2. Tuesday: Morning and afternoon sessions (Whitehorse Activity Club).
  3. Wednesday: Afternoon (Whitehorse Activity Club) and evening (St Johns) sessions.
  4. Thursday: Evening ESCTTA Competition.
  5. Friday: Morning and afternoon (Whitehorse Activity Club) and evening social sessions.
  6. Saturday: Afternoon junior coaching (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM) and evening sessions (7:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
  7. Sunday: Afternoon and evening sessions (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM).


Key Information

  1. Whitehorse Activity Club (WAC): These daytime sessions are primarily for retirees.
  2. Participation Requirements: Depending on the group, players may be required to obtain a TTV membership or pay a joining fee to ensure insurance coverage for injuries.
