- Training & Leagues: Seasonal leagues are available for men, women, mixed, corporate teams, and juniors, running throughout the year in Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring. Typical play includes 10 rounds per season with team registrations and casual player options.
- Play Opportunities: Matches are fast-paced with four outfield players plus a goalkeeper on enclosed pitches with rebound walls, promoting continuous play. Competitive and social games occur mainly on weeknights, including Monday open men's leagues and special tournaments like the PlayHer Cup.
- Membership & Participation: Players can join as part of a team or register individually as casual players. Membership benefits include qualified referees, online league tables, fixtures, and SMS updates. Equipment hire and referee services are available for casual bookings.
