Activity Details
We are a conservation group and we run activities such as planting, weeding and mulch spreading once a month. This is on the fourth Sunday of the month from 1 to 3. We welcome assistance with our activities. No experience is needed as we inservice our volunteers at the activity. The ability to perform physical tasks is needed.
There is no cost and afternoon tea is provided. Bring a hat, sturdy shoes and a drink bottle. We have volunteers from 10 to 75 and are a friendly group. The sense of achievement in improving our environment along the creek is wonderful. Our Facebook page (see our website link) is the best way to find our activities. We work at Bromage Close in Hoppers Crossing and at Henry Drive in Altona Meadows.
