The Boatshed is an Australian Sailing accredited training centre dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities experience and master sailing on Albert Park Lake. Our mission is to complement Victoria's sailing clubs by providing accessible training and pathways for participants to progress into local club memberships.
Training Programs:
- Tackers Optimist classes for ages 7-12
- Hansa Dinghy training for all abilities
- Pacer Dinghy sessions for ages 13 and adults
- School holiday programs available
Our experienced, fully certified instructors create a fun and safe learning environment tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to those seeking to develop competitive abilities.
