About the Classes
Liquid Living Swim School offers supportive adult swimming lessons for people who are new to the water and for swimmers who want to improve their technique. Classes are designed to build confidence without pressure or judgement.
What to Expect
Four levels cover water confidence, breathing, floating and safety; stroke foundations; more comfortable and efficient swimming; and advanced technique and endurance. Weekly lessons run for 30 minutes on Saturdays or Sundays during school terms. Intensive holiday programs and private lessons by appointment are also offered.
