Dobroyd Aquatic Club is an inclusive sailing club offering diverse participation opportunities for sailors of all ages and abilities. Join us on Saturdays during the season (September to April) for competitive racing across multiple classes including traditional sailing dinghies, sailboards, and radio-controlled boats.
Training & Learning:
- Learn to Sail programs available for both kids (aged 8+) and adults
- Learn to Windsurf courses for beginners
- Coaching across all skill levels from novice to competitive
Racing & Play:
- Saturday afternoon and Wednesday evening racing during the season
- Open to all comers with handicap scoring systems ensuring fair competition
- Sailability sessions every second Sunday for people with disabilities, featuring accessible dinghies and specialized equipment
Membership:
- Welcoming new members year-round with support to get on the water
- Range of classes ensures something for everyone, regardless of experience or boat type
