Lauderdale Yacht Club offers a vibrant sailing community on Frederick Henry Bay, welcoming sailors of all ages and skill levels.
- Training Sessions: Sunday morning sailing for beginners and juniors with fleets including Bic O'pen Skiffs, Sabots, Puffin Pacers, and Lasers from late September to April. Advanced junior sailors can join afternoon training and racing sessions.
- Play Opportunities: The club organises races for various classes including 29ers, catamarans, windsurfers, and other off-the-beach boats, providing competitive and social sailing opportunities.
