Join Avalon Sailing Club for a friendly and relaxed sailing experience on Pittwater. We offer training and racing for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to experienced sailors.
- Kids aged 6–12 can participate in morning sessions from 8:30 am to lunch, learning to sail in classes like Manly Junior, Flying 11, Spiral, Laser, Waszp, and Puffin Pacer.
- Adults sail centreboards (Lasers, Spirals, Aeroes) and yachts in the afternoons from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, with opportunities for both competitive racing and casual cruising.
- Our Learn to Sail program welcomes children from age 7 or 8 and adults new to the sport.
- The sailing season runs from early September to Easter, with kids taking breaks during school holidays.
- Our Yacht Racing Program includes inshore and offshore series, with options to race weekly or monthly.
- For those who prefer a less competitive approach, enjoy cruising to beautiful local destinations using our Club moorings.
