Activity Details
Sydney United Spikeroos is a coached indoor volleyball programme for athletes under 18 at Sydney Olympic Park Sports Halls. It introduces beginners to the game and helps junior players build foundational skills through age-appropriate drills and modified gameplay.
Sessions develop passing, setting, serving and hitting, alongside movement, coordination and game awareness. Wednesday training runs across all four school terms, with fundamentals and beginner sessions from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and intermediate to advanced sessions from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Participants need current Sydney United Volleyball Club and Volleyball NSW membership before attending. Membership registration and programme booking are separate steps: activate membership, then return to the programme booking page to book sessions. Term 4, 2026 intermediate sessions are currently full; families can enquire with the club about future places.
