The Man Walk - Belair is a weekly walking group for men to walk, talk and support each other. The group meets at Goat Shed Cafe in Belair at 8:00 am on Saturdays.

Join a positive, supportive group with no pressure or expectations. There is no need to sign up: arrive at the starting location at the scheduled time and the local Manbassador and other walkers will welcome you. Come whenever it works for you, with no weekly commitment required.
