Welcome to The Man Walk – Kilmore, a supportive community walking group for men, held every Sunday morning at 9:00 am in the heart of Kilmore, Victoria.

Join us each week for a 45–60 minute walk that’s as much about conversation and connection as it is about staying active. Our group is inclusive, welcoming men of all ages—from 36 to 65+—regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re just starting out or already active, you’ll find a friendly, pressure-free environment where open discussion and mutual support are encouraged.
