Shoalhaven Heads Tennis Club offers a premier facility for tennis and pickleball enthusiasts at Booner Drive, Shoalhaven Heads, NSW 2535. The venue features four well-maintained courts: two synthetic grass courts and two hard courts, all recently re-surfaced between 2019-2021 with new fencing and nets. Court lighting is available for night play, automatically activating during evening hires, with courts accessible for private booking from 7am to 10pm daily.
Facilities include two dedicated marked-out pickleball courts, plus one multipurpose hard court suitable for both tennis and pickleball. A clubhouse provides additional amenities, complemented by a large grassed and shaded picnic area with tables, a dedicated car park, and on-site bathroom facilities. Club members maintain the grounds to a high standard, ensuring an excellent playing environment.
Regular organised sessions are held, including tennis on Monday and Wednesday mornings (9-11am) and Tuesday nights (7-9pm), and pickleball on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights (7-9pm), Thursday mornings (9-10am), and Saturday afternoons (3-5pm). New players are welcome, with racquets, paddles, and balls provided, along with instruction. Session fees are $8 daytime ($4 for members) and $10 nighttime ($5 for members). Annual club membership is $35 for adults or $25 for seniors, due February 1st, offering discounted rates.
