We are a KICKBOXING(Muay Thai) & MMA based boot camp, that caters exclusively to women who simply want to get fit, strong, confident & empowered.

We have a range of highly qualified and experienced coaches, including an internationally reknowned professional female champion fighter, current and retired professional and amateur fighters, a hand to hand self defense instructor for the security industry, who are all amazing group coaches & personal trainers.

Based out of a, state of the art, purpose built, kickboxing facility, in GoodLife Glen Iris, our training venue is second to none, to match our top tier coaching services.
