The Brooks Adelaide Running Festival on 3 May 2026 offers a full 42.2km Marathon, along with Half Marathon, 10km, and 5km fun run/walk events.
The Marathon features a nearly flat, two-lap course. Runners begin at Bonython Park, located within the heritage-listed Adelaide Parklands. The course proceeds to the Adelaide Oval via War Memorial Drive, then follows the River Torrens and the Uniloop, a well-known route for Adelaide running groups. It then passes through Botanic Park, alongside the Zoo, and returns to the River Torrens, finishing back at Bonython Park.
The course is AIMS certified, allowing participants to qualify for prestigious races such as the Boston Marathon.
Organized by the SA Road Runners Club, the event includes a finisher's medal for all participants, electronic timing, certificates, and age category awards.
