About this event

The ASICS Breakfast Fun Run is a 5km event held on Friday, 30 October 2026, as part of the Noosa Triathlon and Multisport Festival in Noosa Heads.

Starting and finishing near Noosa Heads Surf Club, the one-lap course heads along Park Road towards Noosa National Park before returning via the boardwalk to Main Beach. Runners then continue towards the Noosa River mouth before following the beach back to the finish.

Check-in is scheduled from 6:00am to 7:15am, with the run starting at 7:35am. The event is open to all ages, with children aged 12 and under required to register and participate alongside a registered adult.

Participants are encouraged to help turn Noosa pink while raising funds for the McGrath Foundation. Due to sections of beach, tight corners, a steep hill and high participant numbers, the course is not suitable for wheelchairs, handcycles or prams.
