Learn beach volleyball at Manly Beach in a four-week Level 1 Learn & Play course for adults who are starting from scratch. The course is designed for complete beginners and focuses on the fundamentals in an open, social and enjoyable beach environment.
Wednesday Evening Course
This Level 1 course runs on Wednesdays at 5:45pm from 7 October to 28 October 2026 at Manly Beach. Each session is 90 minutes and combines coaching, drills and game play.
What Beginners Practise
- The basic skills of serving, passing, setting and spiking
- The basic rules of beach volleyball
- Simple drills for first-time players
- Game play situations to help participants put skills into action
Made for New Players
Level 1 is the introductory course for adults with almost no prior knowledge of beach volleyball. It is a good fit for people who want to try a new activity at the beach, get active and meet other beginners.
Booking and Cost
The four-week Learn & Play course costs $165. Participants choose the course that suits their schedule and can manage enrolled sessions through their account or the Beachvolleyball.com.au app.
