About this event

Beechworth Beer Run is a trail running event that pairs the Indigo Mountain Bike Trail with craft beer from Bridge Road Brewers. Held in Beechworth, it brings together runners, supporters and a festival-style atmosphere in the heart of north-east Victoria.

The headline Full Pint is a point-to-point 30km race from Yackandandah to Beechworth, following the Indigo trail. The Half Pint is a 15km looped course around Lake Sambell, with shorter options also available for families and beginner runners.

The event is cup-free, so participants are asked to bring their own cup or water bottle for refilling at aid stations. Race day activities are centred around Lake Sambell, with bib collection, event start and finish areas, and post-race presentations all located there.

Finishers receive a free beer at the finish line, adding to the relaxed post-run celebration. With trail scenery, off-road distance options and a local beer focus, Beechworth Beer Run offers a distinctive blend of endurance challenge and community event spirit.
