Join The 5K Foam Fest, the world's #1 fun run, for an unforgettable obstacle course experience in Wodonga. This one-of-a-kind event combines 25 thrilling obstacles—including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, slip-and-slides, and mud pits—with 2.5 million cubic feet of foam to create an adventure for all fitness levels.

Whether you walk, run, or charge through the course, this is a "funcore" experience designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. All obstacles are optional, and our staff is available to assist you around any challenge. The average completion time is one to one-and-a-half hours, with wave starts every 20 minutes to ensure the best possible experience.

Perfect for experienced runners and beginners alike, this family-friendly festival atmosphere welcomes participants ages 7 and up. Children ages 7–12 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Come in creative costumes (no cleats or sharp objects, please) and prepare to get foamy, muddy, and wet!
