About this event

The Busselton Jetty Swim is a two-day open-water swimming event held in the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay, featuring a signature 3.6km solo swim around the iconic Busselton Jetty. It is scheduled for Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February 2027 and is described as Western Australia’s most loved annual open-water swimming event.

Alongside the main swim, the event includes options for a wider range of swimmers, including a 1.6km One Mile Swim to Shore, a 500m Shortcut Swim under the jetty, a Kids Swim, and team entries. The event also offers family-friendly entertainment and activities, including a free sunset concert, making it more than just a swim and a popular summer outing for participants and spectators alike.

Entries for the 2027 event are expected to open in October 2026.
