Carri to Club is a scenic open-water swim across Normanville Beach on the Fleurieu Peninsula, held on Saturday, 2 January 2027. The event starts at locations around Carrickalinga and North Shores before finishing on the sand near Normanville Surf Life Saving Club.
Swimmers can choose from four point-to-point distances: 400m, 1km, 2km and 4km. The 400m course is designed as an accessible introduction to ocean swimming, following the shoreline to the finish. The 1km and 2km options provide longer coastal swims, while the 4km course offers the signature challenge from Carrickalinga North Bay to Normanville Beach.
Set against the waters of Gulf St Vincent, the swim combines open-water adventure with views of the Fleurieu coastline and a welcoming beach atmosphere. With several distances available, it suits beginners, families and experienced swimmers looking for a longer summer challenge.
After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy Normanville Beach and the surrounding coastal township. Carri to Club is a relaxed South Australian summer swim celebrating community, coastline and the satisfaction of completing a point-to-point ocean course.
