Event Description
Experience one of Australia's most spectacular coastal trail runs on the iconic Coast Track through Royal National Park. This 30km journey from Otford to Bundeena challenges runners with diverse terrain including rocky technical sections, soft sand stretches, pristine beaches, dramatic cliff-top vistas, lush rainforest, and steep hill climbs.
The fully marked course features strategically placed aid stations stocked with water, fresh fruit, and energy snacks, along with professional first aid support throughout. Runners of all paces are welcome—many choose to walk steep climbs and technical sections as part of a successful ultra-endurance strategy.
Participants should bring trail running shoes with good grip, a hydration pack, energy gels or snacks, sun protection, and a light waterproof jacket. Trekking poles are recommended for steep sections. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Post-race transport is available from Bundeena back to the start area. Contact event organizers for specific details on transport arrangements.
