The Hobart Marathon Festival, held on Sunday, 12 April 2026, offers an exceptional running experience along Hobart’s stunning waterfront, featuring Constitution Dock, the Derwent River, and Salamanca Wharves.
Participants will enjoy a scenic two-lap course that showcases the city’s rich heritage, vibrant culture, and world-class attractions.
Runners can choose from multiple distances: the full Marathon (42.2 km), Half Marathon (21.1 km), 10 km run, 5 km run and walk, and a 2 km fun run/walk, ensuring options for all fitness levels.
Experience the exhilaration of crossing the finish line with Hobart’s iconic waterfront as a breathtaking backdrop, making this event both a physical challenge and a celebration of Tasmania’s natural beauty and history.
