About this event
The Jetty 2 Jetty Marathon is a long-running community running event on the Moreton Bay coastline, with race options that typically include a marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km and a shorter family-friendly run. It is known for its scenic route through the Clontarf, Woody Point, Margate, Redcliffe and Scarborough foreshore areas, making it one of the most popular running events in the region.
Designed to welcome a wide range of participants, the event caters for experienced marathon runners, casual entrants, families and beginners alike. The course is road-based and is recognised as an officially accredited route, with the start and finish traditionally set at Pelican Park in Clontarf.
