The Maroondah Dam Trail Runs, held on Sunday, 19 April 2026, mark the opening event of the Trailsplus Mountain Trail Series. Maroondah Reservoir Park is nestled approximately one hour east of Melbourne, accessible via the Maroondah Highway about 3km east of Healesville. The park features landscaped gardens with native and exotic trees, abundant native wildlife, walking tracks, playgrounds, and shaded lawns, making it a popular destination for families and supporters.
April’s vibrant autumn colors provide a stunning backdrop for spectators who often enjoy picnics or BBQs while cheering on competitors. The event supports the charity Canteen, with opportunities for on-day race registration and merchandise purchase available during check-in.
