Did you know that mindful walking can help reduce stress and anxiety while improving sleep, overall mood and is great for mental wellbeing? Join us on a quiet walk through serene bushland and learn some of the important practices of mindfulness.
Facilitated by Angela Harris, a Mindfulness based stillness meditation teacher, this mindful walking series will take you on a journey of connection and exploration. We will explore what it feels like to truly live in the moment while connecting to our bodies, our minds and the world around us.
