This event offers multiple course options to suit all fitness levels:
- Junior Stomp: 1,900 stairs (ages 5–11)
- Short Course: 1,900 stairs (ages 12+)
- Full Course: 7,300 stairs (ages 12+)
- Stomp Unlimited: Climb as many stairs as you dare (ages 12+)
