Melbourne High School Crew offers rowing training and competition opportunities for male high school and middle school students.

  • Training sessions: High School practices are held Monday 4-6:30 PM (land workout), Tuesday and Thursday 4-6:30 PM (ergometer training and weight room), Friday and Saturday 3-6 PM and 7:30-10:30 AM respectively for water training at Ballard Park.
  • Middle School practices occur Tuesday 5-6:30 PM, Friday 4-6 PM, and Saturday 7:30-10:30 AM at Ballard Park.
  • Play opportunities: The club participates in various regattas during fall and spring seasons, including local and national events such as Head of the Henderson, First Coast, and US Rowing National Championships.
  • Membership: New members join through the school program, focusing on skill development from novice to varsity levels, with clear pathways to compete in regattas.
