The Glenroy Library hosts free weekly Tai Chi sessions for adults of all ages, led by an experienced Active Merri-bek trainer.
Tai Chi involves a unique combination of gentle and easy to follow movements, stretches, mindfulness, breath and relaxation. It improves the functioning of virtually all the systems of the body.
