Thargomindah Motorbike Sports and Enduro is a fast-paced weekend of motorbike action in outback Queensland, bringing together riders from young beginners through to experienced motocross competitors.
Held over 19–20 September 2026 at the Thargomindah Rodeo Grounds, the event features a range of motorbike sporting challenges designed for different skill levels, with a strong family-friendly focus and plenty of thrills for spectators.
Across the weekend, visitors can expect a lively atmosphere with camping available on site, including hot showers, plus a canteen and bar operating throughout the event. It is open to visitors, locals and tourists, making it a great reason to head to Thargomindah for a weekend of racing, camping and outback community spirit.
The event is described as annual and is known for its mix of motocross skill, muddy action and enduro competition, with Sunday traditionally featuring a longer endurance ride through the Bulloo River channels.
