Kick off the 2026/27 Wild West Summer XCO Series at Gordonbrook Dam in Memerambi, hosted by South Burnett Mountain Bike Club. The opening round features a weekend of cross-country mountain bike racing for a wide range of ages and abilities.
Saturday begins with XCC hot laps, a short-course timed event scheduled for 2pm. The main XCO racing takes place on Sunday, 8 November, with competitors tackling the venue’s cross-country course in a choice of race categories.
Entries are available for senior and junior riders, including U11 competitors, e-bike riders and masters categories. The series also caters for different levels of experience, from competitive grades through to a more relaxed social category, subject to the published event divisions.
Riders must hold an eligible AusCycling Club or Race membership to compete. Gordonbrook Dam is located on Recreation Drive, Memerambi, Queensland.
The round is the first of five summer-series events, followed by rounds at Adare, Kooralbyn, HVAP and Walloon between November 2026 and January 2027.
