Activity Details
Bendigo University Athletic Club is open to runners of all ages and abilities living in the Bendigo community or surrounding areas. The club holds approximately 14 handicap events in the Bendigo Bushland over the year. Each event day comprises 1k, 3k, and 6-10k races. Ribbons and trophies are awarded. The club provides a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Afternoon teas are a feature of club runs, offering members the opportunity to socialise.
The club focuses on middle distance/distance, cross country, and road racing. Bendigo University Athletic Club is affiliated with Athletics Victoria. Affiliated clubs compete in track and field, cross country, and road running across all age groups, and are supported by accredited coaches and officials.
