The programme includes day walks, overnight hikes, campouts and multi-day pack walks, with social walks and occasional kayaking. Walks cater for beginners through to experienced hikers, with each outing's grade, distance and terrain helping members choose a suitable challenge.

Membership is for women aged 18 and over. Join through the club's online membership page, read the bushwalking agreement and complete the required risk acknowledgement. Trial memberships are not offered. Members book into individual outings and should contact the walk leader before their first walk to discuss what to expect and what to bring.
