About the programme
Tennis Excellence runs Hot Shots coaching for children aged 4–12 at Alexander Park Tennis Club in Menora. Qualified Tennis Australia coaches focus on participation, inclusion and skill development in a supportive setting.
What to expect
Four stages help children progress at their own pace: Blue for ages 4–6, Red for ages 6–8, Orange for ages 8–10 and Green for older children from age 10. Modified racquets, balls and courts help younger players develop coordination and learn the game. Sessions build tennis techniques, rallying and game skills, with options for beginners and children with playing experience.
Tennis Excellence aims to combine structured coaching with enjoyment and a sense of community, helping young players build their skills and their interest in tennis.
Term 4 2026
The 10-week programme starts from 12 October. Blue classes run for 45 minutes and cost $260 per term. Red, Orange and Green classes run for 60 minutes and cost $280 per term. Sessions are offered on weekdays and Saturday mornings, with days and times varying by stage. Enrolment and availability must be checked before attending.
