Activity Details
Laughter Yoga Club is a FREE Community Initiative and wellbeing active suitable for everyone and a great way to get outdoors, make new friends and support your wellbeing while having lots of fun
We meet each month at Drevesen Park and share in 40 minutes of Laughing, gentle movement and breathing and relaxation tecnniques
Participants usually stand for the session however they are welcome to bring a chair if that suits best
This activity is a lot of fun and has many health and wellbeing benefits including
* Is a great social connector and way to make new friends
* Improves moods and reduces stress and anxiety
* Supports healthy immune systems and detoxification
* Increases blood flow, circulation and boosts brain function
* Encourages playfulness and increases gratitude and joy
