Newtown City Hockey Club is the largest hockey club in the Geelong Hockey Association and the largest outside Melbourne Metropolitan area. With a strong commitment to junior development and a supportive, family-friendly culture, the club welcomes members from ages 3 to 70+ and offers opportunities for all skill levels.
- Junior teams: Joeys (Under 6), Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 17
- Senior men’s and women’s teams in Division 1 and Division 2
- Winter season (April–September): competitive play
- Summer season (October–February): relaxed, social play
- Training at Lloyd Reserve, Newtown (Wednesday) and Stead Park, Corio (Thursday)
- New players always welcome, regardless of experience
