Activity Details
The Espy Run Club brings people together for a social sunrise run along the Henley Beach Esplanade in Adelaide. Runners, joggers and walkers of all levels are welcome, with no pace expectations.
The group meets at Henley Beach Jetty every Friday at 6am. Arrive by 5:55am to meet the group and warm up. The coastal route heads towards Grange and back, covering approximately 5km, with the option to do more or less. Sessions usually finish by 7am, followed by coffee at the square.
No registration is required: come along on your own or with friends. Bring running shoes, with water and a towel optional. Keep to the left of the footpath and respect other path users. Check the club's social updates through its website for schedule or meeting-point changes.
