The Man Walk - Ballarat is a free, fortnightly walking group for men aged 18 and over, meeting at 9:00 am on Saturdays at Lake Wendouree, Ballarat VIC.
This group offers a supportive and welcoming environment where men can connect, walk, and engage in meaningful conversations. It aims to combat isolation and loneliness by fostering a sense of belonging through regular social interaction.
Participants enjoy walking the scenic Steve Moneghetti Track around Lake Wendouree, taking in views of wetlands, historic monuments, grand homes, and the Botanical Gardens. The walk is accessible and can be adapted to different fitness levels.
Led by local volunteers known as “Manbassadors,” The Man Walk encourages open dialogue and community building among men in the Ballarat area.
