The Man Walk – Goulburn is a welcoming, inclusive walking group for men of all ages and backgrounds. We meet twice weekly: at 6:00 am on Tuesdays and 6:00 pm on Wednesdays at the Kids Playground, Goulburn Weir (Goulburn Weir Rd, Goulburn Weir VIC 3608).
More than just a walk, The Man Walk is a chance to connect, share experiences, and support each other in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, or simply enjoy some time outdoors, you’ll find a friendly group ready to welcome you.

The Man Walk provides an environment that is positive, supportive and inclusive, where there is no pressure and no barriers to entry. Just an opportunity to walk, talk and support! We want to make it ok to talk, and we want to make it ok for men to ask for help if they need it.
