The West Gippsland Hockey Association (WGHA) is a sporting organisation responsible for the development and governance of five playing clubs at Bellbird Park, Drouin. The regional playing groups include Aztecs, Drouids, Gulls, and Warriors, catering for all ages from mixed juniors (Under 12, 15 & 18) through to men’s and women’s competitions. All games in the regional competition are played on a synthetic pitch at Bellbird Park, Drouin.
- The Gippsland Strikers represent the association in the Melbourne Metropolitan Hockey Competition, organised by Hockey Victoria, and cater for junior, senior, and masters players.
- WGHA aims to provide a fun, supportive environment where players can develop their hockey skills and participate in competitive and friendly competitions.
- The association also supports additional programs such as state and country tournaments, as well as umpiring and coaching development.
