Eildon Park Tennis Club, located at 69/75 Eildon Parade, Rowville, Victoria, 3178, is a well-established and thriving tennis club recognized as one of the largest in South Eastern Melbourne. The club features 9 championship-size synthetic grass courts equipped with LED floodlights and an electronic court booking system. It supports a wide range of players from young children aged 3 to 5 participating in Hot Shots Community Play, through to senior players competing in Grade One Pennant competitions.
The club fosters a friendly, inclusive community atmosphere, actively promoting strong relationships among its members. It hosts over 1,000 visitors weekly, including more than 40 junior and 30 senior teams competing in various organized competitions such as Tennis Victoria Pennant, Waverley District Tennis Association, and Knox District Night Tennis Association. Eildon Park Tennis Club also offers specialized programs for LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse players.
Facilities at the club include a clubhouse with a full kitchen, lounge area with Smart TV, bar, pro shop with restringing services, change rooms, toilets, viewing and seating areas including a show court, ample parking, grass and BBQ areas, and multiple instant boiling and chilled water fountains. The club has been a Tennis Australia Ball Kids Trial venue for the past five years, with several junior members advancing to ball kid roles at the Australian Open.
