Description
Killara Golf Club is one of Sydney’s premier golf clubs. Established in 1899, its 18-hole A grade championship course is one of the most sought-after courses in Sydney. Its tree lined undulating fairways, feature waterways and picturesque views to the Blue Mountains ensures an enjoyable and challenging round of golf. Situated in the heart of Sydney’s north shore, just 14 km from the central business district, its historic Clubhouse, overlooking the course and manicured gardens, exudes charm and a classic ambience.
Killara Golf Club is ranked in the Top 100 golf courses in Australia at a ranking of 83 (Australia Golf Digest May 2022). Killara returned to the list after a meticulous renovation by course architect Harley Kruse who rebuilt the bunkers, tees and greens, reversed the direction of some of the holes and reopened the playing corridors.
Golf & Sports
As well as our premier 18-hole golf course, Killara Golf Club offers other recreational and sporting facilities including tennis, squash, lawn bowls, bridge and billiards – all in one convenient location.

With the cost of living biting hard, getting active can feel like the last thing you can afford. If you’ve ever felt that traditional cycling was too demanding or that injuries were holding you back from staying active, you aren’t alone. A recent qualitative study on the NZ HIKO e-bike programme highlights how electric bikes are acting as a powerful "circuit breaker" for inactivity.
