Maylands Tennis Club provides outdoor tennis facilities beside the Swan River, including 13 grass courts and three Plexipave hard courts. The hard courts have upgraded floodlights for evening play, and a double-sided hitting wall is available for practice.
The clubhouse includes a shower, a reading and viewing area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, ceiling fans and a PA system. Clubroom space accommodates up to 100 people. Nearby visitor amenities include public barbecues, a playground, a sandpit, and a walking and cycling path.
