Nunawading Tennis Club, located at 6 Lane Street, Nunawading, Victoria, is a vibrant, family-friendly tennis club featuring seven en-tout-cas (clay-like) courts, six of which are equipped with lights for evening play. The club is situated within Nicoll Park and includes a clubhouse and a tennis rebound wall for practice. Hosting over 260 members, the club offers a welcoming environment for all skill levels, from social players to competitive Pennant teams. It provides a comprehensive range of programs including junior coaching, Pee Wee Tennis for young children, adult coaching, squad training with fitness components, cardio tennis, and school holiday tournaments. Under the guidance of head coach Peter Caruana and his team from Eastern Tennis Academy, players receive technical training aimed at building confidence for competition. The club also organizes social events like fun days and sausage sizzles, fostering a strong community spirit. Courts are available for public hire, making it accessible for casual play as well.
