With 5 Glass Backed Squash Courts, grab a mate (or a group of mates), and come have a great game of Squash or Racketball!
Playing Squash improve your overall well-being. it gives your body a great cardio workout. Running, hitting and rallying in the game will strengthen muscles and enhance endurance. Squash also improves flexibility of the back and abdomen.
Squash is perfect as a sport or hobby, as it works every major muscle in your body, as well as your general body functions such as improved lung flow, and general flexibility and reaction time.
