TLC Health and fitness is an ICONIC Gym and squash centre which has been servicing our communities health for decades and for many decades to come. TLC is a family gym that offers various types of health/fitness and recreational facilities.
Our main objectives are people’s health and well-being. We pride ourselves on personal interaction, customer service and basically looking after everyone’s needs.
TLC is a happy place to be part of not only for your fitness and conditioning rewards, but to meet great people within and outside the community . We encourage and are passionate on healthy fresh foods eating without the consumption of fast foods nor preservatives foods.
TLC is quite active in assisting schools and supportive of our youngs in their developments and health. We are very aware and conscious of our seniors health and activities, our priority and commitments is to keep delivering manageable classes to maintain various fitness activities.
We have over 7 schools ( local and non local ) that participate their sporting activities at TLC throughout the year.We are committed to maintaining our TLC Health and fitness for the benefits of our local community and schools.

TLC is one of the very few recreational Gym center that have Squash Courts available . At TLC we have four squash courts and TLC has over 120 registered Squash players that competes in the NSW Squash Pennant Competitions.
