The ATR Summer Series 6: Surf Run is the final race of the Adelaide Trail Runners' six-event coastal trail series, taking place on Sunday, March 14, 2027, at Port Elliot, South Australia .
Runners can choose from four competitive distances: a Short Course (8–10 km), Medium Course (13–15 km), Long Course (18–22 km), and a non-competitive "Fun 5" (approx. 5–6 km) designed for new or young runners aged 10 and up .
All courses start and finish at the Port Elliot Caravan Park near Horseshoe Bay, with aid stations offering water, electrolyte drinks, and snacks at key turnaround points .
To be eligible for the season's series awards, participants must complete a minimum of four out of the five races in the series, with only their best four results counting toward their final score .
Finishers in all distances receive a commemorative medal, while top performers in each age group and overall will be recognized for their achievements .
Distances:
Fun: ~ 5K (non competitive)
Short: ~ 8-10K
Medium: ~ 13-15K
Long: ~ 18-22K
