On Saturday 15 March, join us for a day dedicated to looking after both your physical and mental wellbeing – enjoy a workout, try fun activities or chat with our fitness experts.
Energise your body and mind and get motivated as the cooler weather rolls in, with events including:
- Ice baths
- Fitness challenges
- Group exercise classes
- Body scan sessions
- Consults with healthcare providers and fitness experts
- Complimentary snacks
- Giveaways and prizes, and much more
The event will take place across five of the City of Sydney's aquatic and fitness centres:
- Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre
- Cook + Phillip Park Pool
- Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre
- Victoria Park Pool
- Prince Alfred Park Pool.
