Mark your calendars now for our Autumn Health and Wellbeing Day: Mind over Matter


On Saturday 15 March, join us for a day dedicated to looking after both your physical and mental wellbeing – enjoy a workout, try fun activities or chat with our fitness experts.

Energise your body and mind and get motivated as the cooler weather rolls in, with events including:

  2. Fitness challenges
  3. Group exercise classes
  4. Body scan sessions
  5. Consults with healthcare providers and fitness experts

The event will take place across five of the City of Sydney's aquatic and fitness centres:

  1. Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre
