About this event

The Frankston Running Festival is a bayside running event held at Frankston Pier and the Frankston waterfront in Victoria. It returns on Sunday 15 November 2026 and offers a traffic-free out-and-back course with views across Port Phillip Bay.

Runners and walkers can choose from 15km, 10km and 5km distances, plus a 1km kids’ race. The course begins and ends near the pier, with the longer routes following the foreshore and heading along the Nepean Highway corridor before looping back to the waterfront.

This family-friendly event is designed for both serious runners and casual participants, with a scenic coastal setting that makes it one of the standout running events in the region. The kids’ race is staged separately to help keep the day accessible for younger participants.
